Describe the bug

Hey will Taiko provide WETH contract at genesis upon A7 testnet? Can we test it on A7 before mainnet, since it's the last testnet.

I think it's better to provide it at genesis, so that many DeFi and DApps that need to wrap Ether can go live as soon as Taiko mainnet launches. It seems OK with no official WETH contract on testnets because all dapps can deploy their own. But it won't be the case on mainnet.
