There is a problem with closing the modal window on mobile devices.

When clicking outside Dialog.Panel, the modal window should close, but this does not work if there is also a button opening the modal window in the place where we click, even if it is under the wrapper for the modal window. The modal window closes and opens immediately, most likely it can be called a flicker. This is probably due to incorrect event handling inside the library.
