Was poking around the CLI source code and thought it would be cool if you could specify additional postcss plugins to be passed in to the compile function in the CLI. For example, if you wanted to use a postcss plugin like postcss-prepend-selector to "scope" the output of tailwind.
Sure, we could use the regular postcss-cli, but the output of the Tailwind one is so much better. Perhaps there are other cases or postcss plugins folks would like to use with the tailwind CLI too?
