Add a module to testcontainers https://testcontainers.com/modules/

Describe your desired behavior
I want to be able to easily test my service that use TDEngine via testcontainers.

Describe your solutions/suggestions if you've any
Currently there's no TDEngine testcontainer module, I'd like for you to add one.

Additional context
Easier testing for everyone.
