Syntax highlighting for code samples #26

It will be nice if there is syntax highlighting for code samples such as follows:

coloring command name with bright blue color
coloring command options (long/old/short) with bright cyan color
coloring placeholders including braces with bright yellow color
coloring anything else with gray color

Hey thanks for opening the issue. The first part seems doable easily. I will have to look into options and placeholders color. On my todo list now ✔️
