The app should work just fine without internet, given that all the entries have been downloaded atleast once

I understand that, but it would greatly enhance the user experience if the app included a local version of all entries. This would be especially beneficial for scenarios where there is limited or no internet connection.

Just like https://github.com/SimonSchubert/LinuxCommandLibrary, which provides full man database in just 14MB apk.

+1 on this. Being able to access help for commands seldom used when offline (such as an Internet outage) would be very useful.
