Kendo Grid > Tabbed column menu does not have a proper background color set using Fluent theme #4293

Describe the bug
When using the tabbed column menu and the Fluent theme, the background for the tabbed area is transparent

Expected behavior
The background of the tabbed area should reflect the background of the filter / settings / columns content
