创建新集群时，显示cluster agent is not ready。
对应的操作系统：CentOS Linux 8 ，
Kubelet 版本: v1.18.20，
Docker 版本: 20.10.17

目测是环境问题，rancher和本地残留k8s冲突了？

看看logs有没有进展，如果长时间没有的话，考虑环境是否干净
