Port 8080 is not a default splunk port, 8000 is. Splunk web is a more acurate name for client communication on 8000

Description
Splunk web is the user interface the users will access which runs on port 8000 by default.
Nothing runs on 8080 by default.
Renamed from splunk-clients-tcp to splunk-web-tcp and changed port 8080 to 8000
