What is this PR doing?

It adds a list of HTML cards for the rest of Testcontainer languages: Java, .NET, Python, Node.js and Rust, being Go preselected.

This HTML includes CSS and SVG icons for all the languages.

Why is this important?

Awareness of the different Tescontainers implementations.

How to test this

Run mkdocs server from the root dir, and open a browser to http://127.0.0.1:8000. The cards would be displayed in the index, or Netlify's preview URL: https://deploy-preview-599--testcontainers-go.netlify.app/
