@textlint/types provide typed object for textlint and kernel.
TextlintKernelDescriptor is a typed object for kernel.

We want to move similar one to @textlint/types

Tasks

  • Move TextlintKernelDescriptor to @textlint/types
    • It will breaking change and bump it as major update
