limit or skip table's foreign key is not skipped.

This is not a big problem in my case. Just only few error message after finishing detach_replica, copy_schema.
'limit_tables: / skip_tables:' option works fine. but not excluded theirs foreign key ddl script when running detach_replica.
No table replicated, but foreign key script executed.
