Include Odin Engine support to allow the execution of compiled rust jobs. Along with this, build a crate to allow the logging of live values.

I've removed this issue from the v2.0.0 milestone as it isn't integral to the changes being made to the Engine, which I'm prioritising in the v2.0.0 release of Odin.

The Odin Engine already supports Bash jobs, and therefore I cannot close issue #21 because it's actually require to have a feature complete offering of the Odin Engine running Bash jobs.
