New Theme: PhotoArchive

Hi! I built a new theme for thumbsup at https://github.com/chaosarium/PhotoArchive. By documentation, I'm putting it out here to see if it's useful for the thumbsup project.

Note that this theme does not support all the features a normal thumbsup theme has as described in the readme file. But currently I don't intend to implement those features I don't need.
