Flow Theme fail to redefine width and tile images

Bug description

I use "Flow" theme to create this website, it works for most of my photos but fails at one case, that it force to resize all photos with same width and same height while it should fix height and resize width accordingly.

I find the solution: when the height/width is over some ratio, it would force to resize as fixed width and height. But still, suggest that user could control the ratio, given that there are more and more 16:9 phone photos recently.
