AMD Support

AMD and RequireJS are becoming a very popular way to manage JavaScript libraries. It would be great to see this library have AMD support.

If you plan to improve this projet and handle pull requests from others, I can add a notice on this GitHub repo that points to your fork ("This repo is not maintained anymore, check alanjames1987/jquery-simplecolorpicker instead").
I simply don't want to spend time to integrate and test pull requests on something I don't use anymore.

If I need again this feature (pretty common need) for another project, it will probably be in a different way (AngularJS directive or React thing or web component with maybe material design styling).

I would not mind being added as a maintainer of this repo so that installing via Bower still works but I won't be able to dedicate a large amount of time to maintaining the project.
