country isp block things, my isp blocks reddit. Circumvent with dns.....

every devices now have private dns feature

check on ahadns.com they have dns over tls

yes not a promotion it's just my recommendation

Haha i use ahadns too, i just dont like DoT i prefer DoH more. i know it got privacy concern but if i can submit my need why not.

also DoT is only android 9+

I was also thinking if i can change WebApps' webview to other aplication's webview (such as bromite's), so then we configure our preferred dns service in that app and it get used by WebApps

Why are you using these dns's? There are some good reccomendations on pirvacytools.io . I use LibreDNS
