There are some topics that do not fit into a CHARTER but are recommended to have in this community. This issue is intended to be a tracker to brainstorm topics that should be included in this playbook.

The Steering Committee will review during July's TODO SC call to start creating this document

The Playbook can be a living document as we come across items. One idea is How we conduct SC votes

• project / WG lifecycle: what to do during creation, active phase, termination

Include policy followed to remove inactive working groups/channels (over 3 months period of being inactive + prior notice)
