Make it possible to prioritize resolvers

my thinking was to have a list of all resolvers that you can edit
where you can switch around items by dragging them
and the order would then be the priority for each resolver

Would prioritizing work only witihing a group of results with the same score?
On desktop btw resolver's priority/weight is used for that.
Is weight specified in resolver's code used at all on android?

3x Yes. Though I do think that this should change. The resolver weight should add about 10% of the result score if it's set to 100 instead of only discriminating between results with the exact same score.
