.env中：
xxx[] = xxxxxx

获取xxx时报错：
Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: strtoupper(): Argument #1 ($string) must be of type string, int given in /vendor/topthink/framework/src/think/Env.php:118

xxx[] = xxxxxx
这么写没有问题，可是我不想有qqq
