A symplectic integrator for orbital mechanics
First program for a class in molecular modelling (done in june 2016). Its an implementation of simple Molecular Dynamics for atoms with a possibility to choose from different algorithms (Verlet, VelocityVerlet, Leepfrog) and potentials (Lenard-Jones, SoftWall, min-barrier-bin).
Implementation of the Leap-Frog Method for solving ordinary differential equations describing the epidemic SIR Model for a population of N individuals, considering the variables of individuals infected I(t), the suceptible to be infeted S(t) and the individuals who have recovered from the infection R(t).
