テキストボックスの上の方にMDの記法を挿入するよくある感じのボタン(↓みたいなやつ)があっても良さそう

新入生とかtraQのMD記法に慣れてない人だとどうやって使っていいかがわかりにくい。というのと、スマホで入力しづらいのをどうにかしたい。
