Feature description

Now that Redis Cluster support PR is merged, we should wait on a new version published on pypi for us to use instead of our own upstream.

How it works

Wait for a new release on https://github.com/bbangert/beaker and pypi then change dependency version to latest

New version (1.13.0) including our fix is live on pypi https://pypi.org/project/Beaker/ and github https://github.com/bbangert/beaker/releases/tag/1.13.0

There is a few extras commits ahead of our fork, most commits concerns doc or tests.
