v4.8.0+build_126

Issue description

video_plugin alerts on every modification, especially when editing the content status.

How to reproduce

  1. Upload invalid content (like .mkv on default config)
  2. Set content status to "validated"
  3. Set content status to "open"
  4. You'll receive an additional alert

Probably the way to notify should be "if modified and mimetype changes"
