Tracim version

v4.8.0+build_126

Issue description

video_plugin alerts content author instead of modification author. This is problematic when a user modifies a content that is not their own by changing them to an invalid file type.

How to reproduce

  • Upload content
  • Logs as another user and replace said content by an invalid file type (like .mkv on default config)
  • The alert is by and targeted to content author and not modification author

The right way to do so is to exploit the revision author instead of content owner, isn't it?
