Currently, some menu panels are aligned left, and others right, without to follow a standardised rule.
Expected:
When the menu button is on left of the toolbar (or the widget), the menu panel should align left (left border of the menu panel aligned with left border of the button)
When the menu button is on right of the toolbar (or the widget), the menu panel should align right (right border of the menu panel aligned with right border of the button)
Wrong alignment example
Note : this must be standardised for all menu panels (this should not be configured in every component otherwise there will be regressions)
