I've been trying to find some project to sink my teeth into as a first contribution. I'll try fixing the typo in a pull request, along with any other grammar errors I can find.

EDIT: Looking at the repository again, this specific typo is no longer present. I think this should be closed now, but I'm not part of the team. I'll still check the rest of the grammar.

Fixed minor grammar errors in README.md

Issue trailofbits#43 noted a typo in the text "For exmaple, if a key" under "Why does Graphtage exist?". I decide to send the rest of the READEME.md through a grammar checker tool I have to find any other obvious mistakes. These mistakes have been corrected, though the README.md may need an overall rewrite.
