聊天图片无法打开，希望可以给图片文件加上后缀名 #242

在Linux系统中，聊天图片保存在$HOME/.config/wewechat/images/目录下，但是图片没有后缀名，这导致某些图片查看软件无法正确识别图片，希望可以给图片加上后缀名
