segmentation fault and AppImage

For anyone that has the problem of segmentation fault on the current release, you could compile the binary yourself, or try my AppImage at http://yichaozhou.com/uploads/wewechat-1.1.7-linux-x86_64.AppImage

I've downloaded and run this AppImage Successfully without seeing segmentation fault, but I cannot send photo or file on my laptop with this program, I can select them as normal but those cannot be sent.Anyone got any solution for this?

I have the same problem. I also tried to compile older versions with no luck.

Might be because of it's AppImage. It's a sandbox (in a sense) so may be configured not to read other directories?
