Share text via browser

My network is usually "PC -- Wifi -- Phone", so "share via browser" is so useful to send files from pc to phone.
Is it possible to:

1. send text from pc to phone?
2. treat the browser connected to app as a paired device, which can transfer all the things bidirectional?

Hey! Browsers are treated as devices with the 2.0 (not released yet), but can't say anything about the bidirectionality. The first one is also possible.
