I'm using Version 1.16.2 (x64) installed on Linux Mint via FlatPak.

When I try to install the BIBO vocabulary (Turtle file: https://www.dublincore.org/specifications/bibo/bibo/bibo.ttl) I get a series of errors like this.

If I click 'Dismiss' on each box (three pop up I think), everything's ok -- the vocab is installed as expected. It looks like the cause of the errors is the same as described in #300 -- BIBO includes parts of other vocabs that are already installed.

But as you can see, the error warning itself is pretty scary, and most users will probably think they've done something wrong and broken Tropy. Is it possible to change the warning to something more friendly?

Also, BIBO would seem like a good vocab to include by default!

Yes, these are all good points. The error message can indeed be safely ignored in this case and BIBO would be a good fit as a default vocabulary. We'd like to eventually replace Tropy's ontology database with a 'real' quad-store that will hopefully improve this situation.
