Support for additional sphinx extensions #21

Is it possible to use additional extensions, namely "sphinxcontrib.images" for thumbnail generation? Currently I get

sphinx.errors.ExtensionError: Could not import extension sphinxcontrib.images (exception: No module named 'sphinxcontrib.images')

if I try to use this extension.
