Use the gh-pages package

The gh-pages package was extracted from this one some time ago and has been more actively maintained.

It should be relatively straightforward to make gh-pages a dependency of this package and rework the grunt tasks.

I think you are the best person to make the switch to the gh-pages package :) I can help here and there but since you've written that, it should be a lot easier for you to do it.
