Jump to the following gap in elapsed time?

One feature I find very helpful is that Shift+t shows the elapsed time time the last bookmark, which I use to bookmark unexpected gaps I find in logs. Are you aware whether there's a way to jump through these gaps with a shortcut, just like you would jump through bookmarks with u and Shift+u? I noticed that lnav automatically highlights the gaps for me, so it gives the impression there should be away to do so. I tried to look for this on the forum and on the docs (looking for "elapsed") but I couldn't find anything except for Shift+t itself. Thanks in advance!

I think you're looking for S/Shift+S that jump to next/previous "slow down" in the log output. Sorry, the docs are not very clear in pointing this out.
