Add a moving target dt, which would resemble the support window documented in DefinitelyTyped repo:

Definitely Typed only tests packages on versions of TypeScript that are less than 2 years old.

In other words, running --target dt today should test on TypeScript 4.7, 4.8, 4.9, 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and `5.4.
