Feature request: frontmatter #210

Minor thing, but the READMEs for our components contain frontmatter. Things like:

---
title: Button
---

That’s easily-parseable before we pass to storybook-readme, but as a nice-to-have it’d be great if storybook-readme just ignored it entirely.

If this is desirable, I’m happy to open a PR. But wanted to create an issue & discuss if this makes sense or not first before doing so.
