User is unable to hear audio.

Description

Unable to hear the voice of A by B. A is able to hear B's audio and see the video. B is facing audio issues most of the time with participants. In the recording log of Twilio console, can see audio congestion of A. but the video is facing.

Note: B is using Bluetooth device
