Prerequisites for Code Changes

  • This pull request follows the code style of the project
  • I have tested this feature

Issues Fixed

  • allows grouping of related dependencies for less PRs
  • updating of javadoc.io links and dependencies the same time

Changes Proposed

  • removes dependabot
  • removes the gradle wrapper gh actions workflow
  • adds renovatebot
