Prerequisites for Code Changes

  • This pull request follows the code style of the project
  • I have tested this feature

Changes Proposed

  • Implement TwitchHelix#startRaid and TwitchHelix#cancelRaid (while rate limiting to 10 calls per 10 minutes)
  • Add channel:manage:raids to TwitchScopes
  • Add createdAt to BanUsersResult & BannedUser
