Failed to bind to 0.0.0.0

Im trying to build a webserver with uwebsockets, the issue comes when i try to bind to 0.0.0.0, it runs but i cant connect from other devices, i tried with the js counterpart and it works fine with the same code, should i be building the library in an special way? ( Im on MacOS M2 )
