Show "sending" status and error message

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When user presses "submit" button it looks like nothing is happening, so user presses multiple times on submit button and then I see I have multiple copies of same feedback on server. Also when there's an error feedback gets closed without showing any error message.

Describe the solution you'd like
It can disable "submit" button while it's sending the issue, or show a progress ring popup. if feedback sent successfully, close the feedback and if it's not then show a snackbar or alert dialog and keep feedback open.

For instance, a loading indicator would be nice while await the sending process.

I am using this in Feb-Mar 2024. It is not enhanced as of now.
