I'm willing to help but I do not speak chinese (assuming it is actually chinese).
How do we proceed ? Maybe you draft a translation and I make a more formal translation ?

+1, I am also willing to help, but I don't know chinese. If you can write poor english, I will be willing to correct. Plus reading the code should be straightforward.

I need to take some spare time and refactor the official website.

that's a task a lot bigger than translating the website. I strongly recommend you start with a translation, that would bring contributors, starting with me :)
