[ISSUE] Afwall rules not working properly on v3.6.0

Rules not applying on latest version
Whitelist rules are not applying. Afwall is not blocking apps.
I disabled Instagram to connect to internet on data, but it still connects.
I tried blocking completely wifi and data, but still it is connecting.

Additional context
I never had this issue before, so it is strange.
Afwall is showing notification enabled, but the rules are not applying.
Could it be an issue when updating App, or updating Magisk?
But, if that is the case, afwall should display error not enabled

And the other way (whitelist) doesn't work either: Since update to 3.6.0 I have no internetconnection every few (~3) days. If I make AFWall "apply" the rules again, the connection is OK. Never had this with previous versions.

My issue appeared when travelling, both sim cards where "Roaming".
Could this trigger edge-case issues?
