VoWiFi does not work in 3.6.0.
It is enough to Disable firewall - VoWiFi works.
Including all the items in the System and in the Core also does not give results.

I have had the same issue on my OP9Pro with Android 13, but NOT on my previous OP Nord with Android 11, using the SAME SIM cards. And I solved it. It is NOT a bug in AfWall+ but a configuration mistake. To solve it, I simply compared the settings on both phones. To make VoWifi work on both the Op9Pro and on the former Nord, I had to enable the following apps (system and core only). For me, the final trick was to enable the CellBroadcast/Network Manager app, everything else was already in place:

CORE:
-11 Kernel
1013 Mediaserver
-14 NTP server
0 all apps with root
-12 Tethering, DHCP+DNS

SYSTEM:
10092 CACertApp, vendor.qti.iwlan, CneApp
1073 Thethering, Cell Broadcast Service, Network Manager

I am grateful to you - everything seems to have worked.
