[ISSUE] Nothing on mobile network works.

Describe the bug
I block everything on all networks (WiFi, mobile etc) and only allow apps absolutely need internet and only on specific network. On WiFi apps like NewPipe(YouTube client), Jellyfin, browser works fine where as on mobile network nothing works NewPipe, Jellyfin, not even the browser (Fennec).

When I am traveling I can't listen to music at all. What do I need so these apps work.

I have tried enabling, UID 0 (root), 1073 (Android system etc), mDNS, nothing helps.
