Can you provide some more information?
On which environment are you working on?
What is the specific error (is it a 404 on CSS files or something like that?)
Are you using valet or another way to run your server?
Are the assets inside public folder?

OS - Ubuntu 18
PHP - 7.3
No error actually that's why i have given the screen shot
SERVER - Apache
Yes asset folder is present in the public folder

Hmm, no error even in the developer console of the browser?
I feel we should check where the system is looking for assets
