Major Projects

• Visual odometry. Basically using the camera to get a locally accurate pose for the rover. Try out visual odometery package #85
• Obstacle detection. The ZED gives us normals for each pixel in the point cloud which we can use to identify obstacles
• Work in conjunction with navigation to create a cost map Surface normal cost maps #87 and smoothly navigate it
