FYI: at the moment, unjs/governance explains it best, which is linked from the footer of unjs website.

Actually, this repository is filtered out from unjs website, so only few people could find it. 🤔

If you are fine, could I modify the following places so that more and more people can know outline of this organization?

• unjs/README.md, which is shown in the top of organization page (https://github.com/unjs)
  • Add a link to governance document would be enough for now
• unjs website to show contents of governance document or excerpt of it
  • maybe header or a new page?

Or, do you have any other ideas?

Off topic: Is there a documented procedure to go about requesting/adding a project to @unjs?

According to UnJS Governance Guide,

Pooya Parsa (@pi0), as the lead and creator of UnJS, is responsible to oversee the organization-wide decisions for introducing packages to be hosted (or to be removed) in UnJS collection and decisions that affect the UnJS identity and vision.

So, currently there is no such a concrete procedure for you to request to add your project to unjs organization.
You could share your project with him and explain why it's worth adding to unjs.
