How to use the eslint plugin with @nuxt/eslint?

Currently I have my flat eslint config like this:

  files: ['**/*.vue'],
  rules: {
    'vue/html-self-closing': [
      'error',
      {
        html: {
          void: 'always',
          normal: 'never',
          component: 'always'
        }
      }
    ]
  }
});

If I try to add @unocss/eslint-config I get an error and nothing change (I get no lint warnings)

import unocss from '@unocss/eslint-config/flat';

export default withNuxt(unocss, {...  // I get an error

How can I use these two modules?
