Allows the internal layers to be output nested inside
@layer layerName {}Probably out of scope for this PR but one thing to consider is the interaction with the layer variant in the mini preset.
With the new option enabled, this variant will now be creating sublayers, not root-level layers. Users would need to use the 'uno-layer' variant instead.
